O’Fallon, IL | April 2, 2018 – Continuing his climb up the racing ladder, 14-year old Aidan Roosevans of O’Fallon, Illinois prepares to make the next big step in his career as he teams up with noted racing veteran, Brad Loyet, to begin competing in the ASCS 360 Sprint Car ranks this season. Based out of Sunset Hills, Missouri, this new journey with Loyet Motorsports will provide Roosevans with some of the best equipment available along with a near endless supply of expertise advice from Loyet himself. Scheduled for 25 events in the No. 6A machine, Roosevans and Loyet will follow the full ASCS Warrior Region slate across Missouri as they chase their first championship under this new partnership.

“I’m really looking forward to helping out a young kid like Aidan get his first shot in a sprint car,” said Loyet. “He is a great kid and has a good head on his shoulders. I feel like we will be competitive on our first night out!”

A multi-time national champion in the motocross world, Roosevans has quickly adapted and extended his skill set after spending one year each in the POWRi Outlaw Micros and POWRi National Midgets. From beginning his career in motorcycles to racing micro sprints and then full-blown midgets, this new doorway into the 360 sprint car world will serve as the latest challenge to the 14-year old who admittedly has big ambitions for his career in the sport.

Under the guidance of Brad Loyet, Roosevans will receive some of the best leadership and council a young racer could as for. A three-time POWRi National Midget champion, former MOWA Sprint Car champion, multi-time Chili Bowl feature starter, and overall respected competitor in the world of racing, Loyet will bring top notch equipment and excellent mentorship to the table.

Chasing the title with the ASCS Warrior Region group, the duo are tentatively scheduled for 25 events across Missouri and Kansas. Competing at iconic venues such as Lucas Oil Speedway, Double-X Speedway, and the Missouri State Fair Speedway, among others, Roosevans will be presented with a new challenge nearly every night as he tackles a wide array of new tracks.

Making his debut in two weeks time, Roosevans will climb behind the wheel of the No. 6A entry for the first time at Randolph County Raceway in Moberly, Missouri. A high-banked 3/8th mile clay oval, the April 14th event will serve as the kickoff to both the 2018 ASCS Warrior Region schedule, and this newly-formed partnership between Roosevans and Loyet.
